Shahra Madison's basketball journey began at Chesapeake College (JUCO) before transferring to Lincoln University. After graduating in 2020, she dove into coaching, leading Crestwood Middle School's girls' team to success. Currently serving as the girls' JV coach and assistant girls' varsity coach at Norfolk Collegiate School, Shahra also brings four years of AAU coaching experience. Her passion for empowering young athletes shines through as she nurtures talent and instills sportsmanship both on and off the court.

Coach Tony Brown's coaching journey began in 2001, transitioning from the United States Marine Corps to coaching a girls' recreational league team while earning his bachelor’s degree. His dedication led to coaching roles with Boo Williams and Deep Creek High School, culminating in coaching the Boo Williams Girls 16U B team to a USJN Championship in 2012. In 2017, he founded Pegasus Basketball Organization, focusing on player development. With a mission to guide young athletes to college, Tony has also coached at Grassfield High School and Great Bridge Middle School. Through Pegasus Basketball, he continues to empower girls through basketball, building a path to success on and off the court.
